A design founded on the principles of ‘kitsch’ which utilised the existing shell of the Harbour Bridge Stairs. The first part of the project focuses on the overall design of the three spaces (the bar, place of debate and exhibition space) and the second part of the project focuses only on the design of the bar.

‘Kitsch’ is achieved through the use of bright colours that define each separate area of the space.
